By downloading or using BuildMath you agree to these terms. Please read them, especially the section about checking results before you build.

Use of the app

Retrytech grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use BuildMath on devices you own or control, in line with the terms of the store you downloaded it from: the Apple Media Services Terms for the App Store, or the Google Play Terms of Service for Google Play.

Check every result

BuildMath is a calculation aid. Results depend on the values you enter and may contain rounding. Always verify measurements, quantities and angles, and follow local building codes, manufacturer instructions and the advice of a qualified professional before cutting, ordering or building.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retrytech is not liable for any loss or damage — including material waste, project delays or property damage — arising from use of, or reliance on, the app.

Your data

You are responsible for your tapes and custom calculators. They are stored on your device; keep backups of anything important. How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes and termination

We may update the app or these terms at any time. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept them. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
